Delete your Destivio account or data

Delete your whole account

1. Email hello@destivio.co from the email address you use to sign in to Destivio, with the subject “Delete my Destivio account”. If you sign in with Google, use that Google email address.
2. We will confirm it is you, delete the account, and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Your profiles, including the birth date, time, place, name and gender you entered.
• Your readings, chat history and the personality notes built from them.
• Any share links you created for a reading.

What we may keep

Records of payments and transactions may be kept where required for legal, accounting or security purposes. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and we never store your full card details.

Delete only some of your data

You can delete individual readings and sessions yourself inside Destivio, on the website or in the app. To have other specific data removed without closing your account, email hello@destivio.co and tell us what to remove.

Using Destivio as a guest

If you never signed in, your readings are tied to a temporary guest identifier on your device. Email us the details of your reading and we will help remove it.
