1. The Service

Destivio computes a Vedic birth chart from the details you provide and uses artificial intelligence to interpret it into a personalized reading, including personality insights and predictions. The Service is provided for personal interest, entertainment, and self-reflection.

2. Not professional advice

Readings, predictions, and any other content produced by the Service are not a substitute for professional advice. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Predictions are interpretive and are not statements of fact or guarantees of any outcome. Always seek a qualified professional for decisions that matter, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read on Destivio.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Destivio, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Your account

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Do not submit information about another person without a lawful basis to do so.
Do not misuse the Service to harass, deceive, or harm others.

6. AI-generated content

Readings are generated with the help of AI models and may contain inaccuracies or content that does not reflect your reality. The Service calibrates against feedback you choose to share, but no reading is guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose. You use AI-generated content at your own discretion.

7. Payments, plans, and add-ons

The Service offers a limited number of free questions and paid plans or add-ons. Pricing and inclusions are shown on the pricing page and may change.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, subject to its terms.
Subscriptions renew according to the billing cycle shown at purchase unless cancelled. Paid questions and entitlements are subject to a fair-usage policy.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us and we will review it in good faith.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding the personal information you provide), is owned by Destivio and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Your content and sharing

You retain ownership of the information you provide. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service, such as storing and processing your data to generate your reading. If you create a share link, you authorize us to make the shared summary accessible to anyone with that link.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any prediction will come to pass.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Destivio and Neural Forge Technologies LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decisions you make based on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Destivio and Neural Forge Technologies LLP from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under local law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
