Destivio (“Destivio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by Neural Forge Technologies LLP. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Destivio at destivio.co (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Birth details you provide. To compute your chart we collect your date of birth, time of birth (or an approximate time if you do not know it), and place of birth (which we convert to an approximate latitude, longitude, and timezone). You may also give a profile a name.
Account information. When you sign in, we collect an identifier from your chosen method, such as your email address (Google or email sign-in) or phone number (phone sign-in). You may also use the Service anonymously, in which case we create a temporary anonymous account identifier.
Reading content. The questions you ask, the answers you give during calibration, and the messages exchanged in a reading session are stored so we can provide a continuous, personalized conversation.
Payment information. If you purchase a plan or add-on, payment is processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of the transaction and your plan status, but we do not collect or store your full card details.
Usage and device data. We collect analytics about how the Service is used, such as pages viewed, actions taken, approximate device and browser information, and similar diagnostic data.
Cookies and local storage. We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your session, and measure usage.

How we use your information

To compute your birth chart and generate and improve your personalized reading.
To calibrate predictions against the feedback you choose to share, so readings become more relevant.
To create, secure, and manage your account and sessions.
To process payments and manage subscriptions and add-ons.
To operate, maintain, debug, and improve the Service.
To communicate with you about the Service, including important updates.
To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

How your information is processed and shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed:

Cloud infrastructure and database (Google Firebase). Authentication and stored data, including your birth details and session history, are hosted on Google Firebase.
AI interpretation (Google Gemini). To generate your reading, your computed chart data and the relevant conversation are sent to Google’s Gemini API. We do not send payment details to the AI model.
Location lookup. Your place of birth is resolved to coordinates and timezone using a third-party geocoding service.
Analytics. We use a product-analytics provider to understand usage and improve the Service.
Payments. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor under its own terms and privacy policy.
Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or Destivio.

Sharing your reading

If you choose to create a share link for a reading, the summary on that share card (such as an ascendant, a short personality description, and a prediction) becomes accessible to anyone who has the link. Do not create a share link for content you wish to keep private. You can ask us to remove a share link by contacting us.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete a profile or session at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can access and update your profiles and delete sessions within the Service.
You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
You can opt out of non-essential communications.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection laws.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

International users

Destivio is operated from India and uses service providers that may process data in other countries. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in locations outside your own.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
